Nomination of Trustees

When elected, trustees stand for a period of up to 5 years, at which time they must step down, but are able to be re-elected.​

As 2025 celebrates 5 years of the association, the time has come for the remaining trustees who launched the association to step down from their positions, although can be re-elected into their existing or new positions.

Neil Shave (President), Stuart Taylor-Pearson (Secretary), and Nigel Shave (Treasurer) are the 3 remaining trustees, therefore their positions are open for nominations.

As well as these positions, the Course Development Officer position is also available for nomination, due to Steven Cameron stepping down from the role, and the Funding & Sponsorship Officer role, following Darren Cleary stepping down from this role.

We urge that anyone nominated for these positions to consider the role, what is involved and what experience you have in carrying out the same or similar roles. We emphasise that all roles, but in particular the 3 officer bearer positions (President, Secretary and Treasurer), are highly influential positions with a lot of responsibility which takes considerable time and effort.
