Disclosure Services

FootGolf Association of Scotland provide disclosure services for all affiliated clubs, working towards ensuring safety of all youth and vulnerable individuals.

Clubs can request a PVG for members by completing and submitting the 'PVG Request Form' and sending this to the Association Secretary.

All applications and personal information is processed in accordance with the FootGolf Association of Scotland strict Data Protection Policy and PVG Consent to Share Policy.

All clubs have a nominated person who is responsible for PVG checks.

Clubs can propose an individual to carry out this role by submitting a 'Proposal of Nominated Person' form
